I was born in Padua on September 10, 1975 and since then I have had an innate passion for airplanes. I graduated from the Aeronautical Institute in Forli, enlisted in the army in the paratroopers brigade "FOLGORE," and then went into the air force as an officer.
In 1997 I qualified as an approach tower controller and I served for about two years at 51° Wing in Istrana. At the end of 1999, I transferred to the Padova Area Control Center where I work as Radar Air Traffic Controller and On Job Training Instructor.
Since I was a child I have had a passion for the history, that led me to appreciate historic bicycles and airplanes. In my spare time, I towed gliders with the Stinson L5 and The Cessna O-1.
In 2009 I finished the restoration of my Aermacchi MB308 I-NCOM with which I was earned by F.A.I with the Diploma Phoenix.
