I was born in Udine on September 27, 1969. I became a member of the Udine aeroclub when I was one month old thanks to my father's grand passion for sport parachuting. I became a licensed pilot at age 17.
With my degree in aerospace engineering from the Politechnic school in Milan, I always dreamed of being a professional pilot. After several years of working as an engineer at Pininfarina Studies and Research, I had the good fortune to realize my dream and become a pilot with AirDolomiti, where I work as a the captain of an ATR42/72. I have about 5500 hours of actual flying time and various ratings from acrobatic flying to sea plane flying. I realized another of my dreams by acquiring, together with my brother, a really beautiful 1946 Cessna 140, and personally flying it from Goodwood, England to Italy.
